Delivery Information

All orders ship from the MELANIE GAINEY LLC warehouse in Spring Lake, North Carolina. Orders placed on business days are picked, packed and handed to the carrier within one business day.

Delivery times

• Southeast US: typically 1–3 business days.
• Rest of the contiguous US: typically 2–5 business days.
• Alaska, Hawaii & territories: 5–8 business days depending on carrier routing.

Delivery estimates begin the business day after your order is packed. For Cash on Delivery orders the carrier contacts you before arrival; for Bank Transfer orders, goods ship once payment is confirmed.

Delivery charges

Orders over $99.00 ship free. Smaller orders carry a flat carrier fee that is shown at checkout before you place the order — nothing extra is collected at the door.

How an order moves

1. Order placed. We pick and pack your goods in our warehouse and generate a tracking number.
2. Handed to carrier. You receive the tracking details by email so you can follow the parcel.
3. In transit. Ground service with the major US carriers; bulk orders may move on pallet freight.
4. Delivered. Inspect your parcel on arrival. For COD orders, payment is collected at this point.

Bulk & freight orders

Large wholesale orders (multiple cartons or pallets) may ship via LTL freight. If your order requires freight, we contact you before dispatch to confirm the delivery address can accept it — no surprises.

If something goes wrong

• Transit damage: report it within 48 hours with photos; we replace or refund.
• Missing items: email ler29720@gmail.com with your order number; we reconcile against our packing records.
• Wrong address: contact us as soon as possible — we can usually intercept before dispatch.
