• Payment-related information: we do not collect or store card details. Cash on Delivery orders carry no payment data; bank transfer settlements are handled offline between you and your bank, and we record only the fact and status of the transfer.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and a session cookie used to keep your shopping cart and login state working.

• To process and deliver your orders, including carrier handoff.
• To answer support questions, returns and warranty claims.
• To operate your account and order history.
• To meet accounting, tax and legal obligations.

We share the minimum necessary information with carriers to deliver your orders (name, address, phone) and with our hosting provider, which stores our systems. All providers are bound by confidentiality and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

We keep order records for as long as required for accounting and warranty purposes (typically 7 years), and account data for as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion at any time — see your rights below.

6. Security

Passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing. Access to personal data is limited to staff who need it to operate the business. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

7. Your rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of any non-essential processing.
