What's covered, for how long, and how to make a claim.

Every product sold on Maacsok is covered against manufacturing defects by MELANIE GAINEY LLC. Wholesale pricing never means wholesale shortcuts on quality support.

Coverage at a glance

  • Hard goods (cookware, storage bins, organizers, tools, bathroom hardware): 12 months from delivery.
  • Electrical items (battery or plug-in household devices): 12 months from delivery.
  • Consumables (cleaning solutions, sponges, trash bags, refills): covered against defects on arrival — report within 14 days of delivery.
  • Home decor & glassware: covered against defects on arrival and manufacturing faults (e.g. unstable bases, failing adhesives) for 12 months; transit breakage is handled under our delivery claims process.

What a covered defect looks like

  • Stitching, seams or handles failing under normal use.
  • Coatings peeling or corroding without misuse or harsh chemicals.
  • Mechanical parts (hinges, wheels, pumps, sprayers) failing under normal use.
  • Electrical items not functioning as described, with no evidence of misuse or incorrect voltage use.

What isn't covered

  • Normal wear and tear — scuffs, fading, gradual dulling of blades.
  • Damage from misuse, drops, modification or use of harsh chemicals contrary to the care instructions.
  • Items bought from other sellers, even if identical.

Making a claim

  1. Email ler29720@gmail.com with your order number (starts with MC), the SKU, and photos or a short video of the problem.
  2. We assess quickly. Most claims are approved within 3 business days on photos alone — no need to ship the item back first.
  3. Resolution. Approved claims get a free replacement (shipped at our cost) or a refund of the item's price, your choice subject to stock.

Bulk buyers

For wholesale quantities, a defect rate is inevitable. If a delivered carton contains multiple defective units, email us the count and photos — we resolve batch issues with replacements or credit on your next order, whichever you prefer.

This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights or our Returns & Exchanges policy.
