Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Maacsok (maacsok.com), operated by MELANIE GAINEY LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in the State of Mississippi and operating from 61 O and H St, Spring Lake, NC 28390. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a guardian's consent, to place an order. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

2. Product descriptions & pricing

We describe products and publish prices in USD as accurately as we can. USD is the only currency used on this site, and you are always charged in USD. Prices are wholesale prices and may change without notice, but the price shown when you place an order is the price you pay. Images are representative; colors and finishes can vary slightly between production batches, which is normal for household goods. If we discover a pricing error on your order, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm or cancel.

3. Orders & payment

Placing an order creates an offer to buy. The order is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We accept two payment methods: Cash on Delivery, collected by the carrier at the time of delivery, and Bank Transfer (offline settlement), where we provide remittance details after your order is confirmed and dispatch the goods once payment is received. We do not process card payments on this site. We may refuse or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, pricing is clearly in error, or we suspect misuse.

4. Delivery

We ship across the United States from our warehouse in Spring Lake, North Carolina, typically within one business day of order (or payment confirmation for bank transfer orders). Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect parcels on arrival and report transit damage within 48 hours. Full details are on our Delivery Information page.

5. Returns & refunds

You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery in original condition for a refund or exchange. Full conditions, procedures and exceptions are set out in our Returns & Exchanges policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Warranty

Products carry the defect coverage described on our Warranty page. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the site — text, images, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to MELANIE GAINEY LLC and may not be reused without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from misuse of products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, personal injury or death caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded.

10. Governing law & contact
